Welcome to AarIsh Villa by ZenAway Stays, a charming multi-level Villa perched on a wooded hillside in Mukteshwar with a perfect blend of rustic serenity and modern comfort. With expansive glass windows and inviting indoor and outdoor lounging areas, the house boasts panoramic views of the Himalayan mountains and the surrounding forests and valleys with tree covered slopes The interiors are warm and elegantly furnished - featuring cozy living rooms, a tastefully appointed dining area with views, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living and dining areas feature high wooden ceilings, large windows, and thoughtful seating arrangements that encourage both conversation and quiet moments. Each of the three spacious bedrooms (one on the Ground Floor and two on the Lower Ground Floor) opens onto wooden decks or garden-facing views, allowing guests to wake up surrounded by treetops. All bedrooms blend traditional charm with contemporary comfort and exude a fresh, airy feel making mornings extremely peaceful and rejuvenating Multiple outdoor lounging areas, a covered sit-out overlooking the forests and mountains, and a reading nook with a built-in bookshelf complete the picture, offering idyllic corners to relax or work. Whether you're looking for a quiet getaway or a scenic remote work spot, this home is a mountain escape like no other The villa has a Sun-Room on the Lower Ground Floor which can be accessed from both bedrooms for the guests to gaze at the stars while sitting in the warmth inside with fairly lights above All the bathrooms are equipped with modern amenities and top of the line toiletries Each of the three bedrooms opens onto wooden decks or garden-facing views, allowing guests to wake up surrounded by treetops. If a guest wishes to cancel a booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:
Guest Composition & Identity Proofs - We welcome Families, Couples, Mixed Groups and Ladies only Group but are unable to accommodate Gentlemen-Only Groups. Government approved Photo-cum-Address ID of all the guests including children must be shared with the ZenAway team through an online form prior to check-in date. Please note that only pre-registered guests are allowed to stay in this Villa Security Deposit - A refundable Security Deposit of INR 10,000/- will be collected from guests at the time of Check-In only in Cash. The Security Deposit shall be refunded in case no damage is observed at the time of guest departure Non-registered Guests & Visitors - Non-registered guests or visitors are allowed to visit during the daytime but are not allowed to stay or sleep overnight in this Villa Quiet Residential Area - This Villa is located in a quiet and exclusive residential area and guests are welcome to enjoy the peace and relaxation in nature here. The residents’ society is particular about all occupants maintaining peace and quiet of the surroundings. Accordingly, please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down at all times. Please note that no loud noises or partying is allowed at any time of the day, evening or night. For walks, everyone is requested to exit the society and avail of the numerous outdoor walking trails and to kindly not loiter or walk inside the society. The privacy of all residents is to be respected at all times. Non-adherence may lead to eviction of guests from this Villa without any compensation for their balance stay whatsoever Check-Out & Check-In Time - Our scheduled Check-Out time is 11 am and Check-In time is 3 pm. Early check-in/Late check-out is subject to availability. Please communicate with our Guest Experience Team to check if an early check-in and/or late check-out is possible and extra charges for the same WiFi - Just point your mobile camera at the wi-fi QR code on the cards placed across the Villa for an automatic log-in. For logging into wi-fi on your laptop, use network name and wi-fi code on card Food & Beverages - We serve breakfast to our guests as per an A La Carte Menu placed in the Villa. Guests are requested to refer to the menu and the price of each item thereof and place their order for breakfast by selecting specific items and quantities by 5:00pm the evening prior. This would provide the caretakers requisite time to make arrangement for fresh ingredients. Guests need to make payment for breakfast in cash to the caretaker at the Villa prior to their departure. Please note that we do not serve lunch, snacks, beverages or dinner at Aarlsh Villa. The guests can get their own ingredients and prepare meals in our fully equipped kitchen, order in food from the cafés and restaurants located in the vicinity of the Villa or dine out. A carefully crafted list of popular cafes and restaurants catering to different cuisines including those providing home delivery, has been provided for the convenience of the guests and is placed in a folder in the living room. An electric kettle along with tea, coffee, milk and sugar sachets has been placed at the Villa for the convenience of our guests Kitchen & Cooking – Please note that our fully equipped kitchen is available for the guests to cook their own food. The guests can bring their own ingredients and prepare meals as per their requirement. The contact number of the local grocery shop has also been provided. They do make deliveries to the Villa. Our caretaker will clean all cookware, utensils, crockery and cutlery that the guests may use during their stay with us Stay & Food for Drivers & Maids - Guests would need to make their own stay and food arrangements for their drivers and maids since this Villa does not have any provision for them to stay and/or eat at the Villa. We can separately assist with recommending lodgings for them which are close by Entertainment & Nearby Places to Visit - This Villa is equipped with a TV (with a cable connection and pre-loaded streaming service apps), a collection of book and some board games to keep everyone entertained should you ever get tired of soaking in the magnificent Himalayan and forest views from the Villa and exploring the countryside Also for the convenience of our guests, a curated list of recommended activities and nearby places to visit will be shared prior to check in date Bonfire - Please request the staff to arrange a bonfire for you at the designated place at the rear of the Villa. Each bonfire for 1/2 hour is priced at INR 1,000 and for 1 hour at INR 2000 payable in cash to the caretaker before departure Damage, Misplacement or Loss - Guests shall be solely liable to cover expenses related to any damage, misplacement or loss caused to this Villa and/or its belongings during their stay with us. Such expenses shall be deducted from the security deposit, if any, collected from the guests prior to check-in and the guests shall be responsible to make good the entire damage or loss before check-out Digital Locker & Safety of Your Valuables - We have placed a Digital Locker in this Villa and request you to place all your valuables in this locker during your entire stay with us Guests’ Belongings & Valuables - Guests are fully responsible for safe-keeping of all their belongings and valuables. We do not take responsibility for any theft or misplacement of any of guests’ valuables Smoking Policy - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside this Villa, but you may smoke in the balconies / outside sit-out area. While smoking, please use ashtrays placed in these areas and take all necessary precautions to prevent any fire. The penalty for smoking indoors is INR 10,000/- payable in cash prior to departure Drugs - Carrying or consumption of any banned drugs and substances is strictly prohibited in this Villa. Non-adherence will lead to immediate eviction of guests from this Villa without any compensation for their balance stay whatsoever Fire crackers/ Explosives - Carrying or using any firecrackers, explosives is strictly prohibited in and around the property CCTV Cameras - CCTV cameras have been installed on this Villa for the safety and security of our guests Pet Policy - This is not a pet friendly Villa and no pets are allowed here both indoors and outdoors Keys/Access Code - Please do not share the keys to this Villa with any individual not registered as a guest, under any circumstances. It is mandatory to return the keys to the caretaker/ housekeeper at the time of departure. Loss (or misplacement) of the keys will incur replacement cost of the door-lock Linen Refresh Cycle - We change bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow covers, bath towels, and bathmats every fifth day, and hand towels daily as a part of our collective environmental responsibility Water and Waste - Water is an extremely precious resource in the hills and each Villa in the complex is allotted a maximum of 2,000 litres of water each day. Guests are requested to consume water with care The residents’ society is working hard to keep the surroundings clean and green and we request the guests to help by being mindful of the waste generated and thrown in the hills Working Hours for Caretakers - Our caretaker is available at the Villa between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm every day and takes a one-hour afternoon break every day. The caretaker’s primary duty is to provide breakfast and housekeeping services. If required by the guests, the caretaker can be asked to stay on till 9:00pm at a nominal extra charge of INR 600 each day to be paid directly to the caretaker. This is payable in cash to the caretaker before departure
