Booking Policy ● 50% advance for bookings made more than 30 days prior to arrival date. Balance 50% payable at least 30 days prior to arrival date ● 100% advance for bookings made 0-30 days prior to arrival date Cancellation Policy ● Cancelled 30 days prior to the arrival date - Full Refund ● Cancelled between 16 to 30 days prior to the arrival date - 50% Refund ● Cancelled between 0 to 15 days of arrival - No Refund ● In case of no show on the day of arrival - 100% retention will be charged and no claim or amendment request will be entertained ● Note - In case of any refund under the cancellation policy, the entire GST paid on total advance amount plus bank charges/ processing fee will be deducted from the advance payment ● Note - All bookings made for long weekends and for public holidays are completely non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-amendable
We welcome Families, Couples, Mixed and Ladies only groups (each couple /individual with a minimum age of 21 years) but are unable to accommodate - Gentlemen only groups. Security Deposit - A refundable Security Deposit of Rupees 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) will be collected from guests at the time of Check-In only in Cash. The Security Deposit shall be refunded within 24 hours of Check-Out in case no damage is observed post guest departure Identity Proof of Each Registered Guest - Government approved Photo-cum-Address ID of all the guests including children must be shared with ZenAway Stays’ team prior to check-in. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in this home Non-registered Guests & Visitors - Non-registered guests or visitors are NOT allowed to visit this home Check-Out Time and Procedure - Our scheduled Check-Out time is 11 am and Check-In time is 3 pm. Early check-in/Late check-out is subject to availability. Please communicate with our Guest Experience Team to check if an early check-in and/or late check-out is possible and extra charges for the same Quiet Hours - This home is located in a quiet residential area. Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down especially after 10 PM. Please note that no loud music is allowed to be played outdoors at any time of the day, evening or night Damage, Misplacement or Loss - Guests shall be solely liable to cover expenses related to any damage, misplacement or loss caused to this home and/or its belongings during their stay with us. Such expenses shall be deducted from the Security Deposit, collected from the guests prior to check-in and the guests shall be responsible to make good the entire damage or loss prior to check-out Guests’ Belongings & Valuables - Please note that you are fully responsible for safe-keeping of all your belongings and valuables. We do not take responsibility for any theft or misplacement of any of your valuables during your stay with us Smoking Policy - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, but you may smoke in the balconies and other external areas. While smoking, please use ashtrays placed in these areas and take all necessary precautions to prevent any fire. The fine for smoking indoors is Rs.10,000/- Drugs - Carrying or consumption of any banned drugs is strictly prohibited in this home Swimming Pool - Guests are requested to shower before entering the pool and wear proper swimwear while using the pool. Pool timings are 8AM to 10PM Pet Policy - This is NOT a pet friendly home and no pets are allowed here both indoors and outdoors Keys/Access Code - Please do not share the access code or keys to the home with any individual not registered as a guest, under any circumstances. It is mandatory to return the keys to the caretaker/housekeeper at the time of departure. Loss (or misplacement) of the keys will incur replacement cost of the door-lock Appliances and Equipment WiFi - To login the wi-fi just point your mobile camera at the wi-fi QR code on card placed in living room for an automatic log-in. For logging into wi-fi on your laptop, use network name and wi-fi code on card Smart TV - Your home is equipped with cable connection and pre-loaded streaming Apps Washing Machine - A washing machine has been placed with liquid detergent for your use Cooking and Cleaning Guidelines Kitchen & Cooking - Our fully functional kitchen can be utilized by you anytime during your stay with us. Just get your own ingredients for cooking and make use of all the kitchen facilities, utensils, and appliances we have placed at your disposal Cleaning Equipment & Supplies - We have stocked cleaning supplies, including a broom, a floor mop and a microfibre cleaning cloth in your home should you need to clean the floor or any other surface after the housekeeping team has departed for the day Daily Housekeeping - This home will be cleaned once every day by our Housekeeping Team between 9.30 am and 4 pm. Please let our Guest Experience Team know the time at which you would like to get it serviced every day of your stay with us and also whether they can clean the home at the designated time in your absence Cleaning of Cookware, Utensils, Crockery & Cutlery - Our housekeeping team will clean cookware, utensils, crockery and cutlery once every day.
