The interiors retain a classic mountain charm, with wooden floors, high ceilings, fireplaces, and large windows that frame the changing landscape throughout the day The living and dining areas form the heart of the cottage—warm, inviting spaces where conversations stretch long into the evening. Whether it’s shared meals, board games, or quiet moments by the fire, the home encourages guests to slow down and settle in Each of the five bedrooms is thoughtfully furnished, offering king-sized comfort, ensuite bathrooms, heating provisions, and dedicated workstations. If a guest wishes to cancel a booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:
Guest Composition & Identity Proofs - We welcome Families, Couples, Mixed Groups and Ladies only Group but are unable to accommodate Gentlemen-Only Groups. Government approved Photo-cum-Address ID of all the guests including children must be shared with the ZenAway team through an online form prior to check-in date. Please note that only pre-registered guests are allowed to stay in this cottage Security Deposit - A refundable Security Deposit of INR 20,000/- will be collected from guests at the time of Check-In only in Cash. The Security Deposit shall be refunded in case no damage is observed at the time of guest departure Non-registered Guests & Visitors - Non-registered guests or visitors are allowed to visit during the daytime but are not allowed to stay or sleep overnight in this cottage Quiet Hours - This cottage is located in a quiet area. Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down especially after 10 pm. Please note that no loud music is allowed to be played outdoors at any time of the day, evening or night. Non-adherence may lead to eviction of guests from this cottage without any compensation for their balance stay whatsoever Check-Out & Check-In Time - Our scheduled Check-Out time is 11 am and Check-In time is 3 pm. Early check-in/Late check-out is subject to availability. Please communicate with our Guest Experience Team to check if an early check-in and/or late check-out is possible and extra charges for the same WiFi - Just point your mobile camera at the wi-fi QR code on the cards placed across the cottage for an automatic log-in. For logging into wi-fi on your laptop, use network name and wi-fi code on card Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner - We have an à la carte menu for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for our guests and price for each item is clearly highlighted in the menu. Guests are requested to place their order for lunch and/or dinner by selecting specific items and quantities the evening prior. This would provide the caretakers requisite time to make arrangement for fresh ingredients Stay & Food for Drivers & Maids - Guests would need to make their own stay and food arrangements for their drivers and maids since this cottage does not have any provision for them to stay and/or eat at the cottage Entertainment - This cottage is equipped with two smart TVs (one with a cable connection and both pre-loaded with streaming service apps), a great collection of books, a carrom board and some board games to keep everyone entertained should you ever get tired of soaking in the magnificent Himalayan views Putting Green - We have created a Putting Green at the rear of the cottage for complimentary use of our guests. If you wish to use the facility, please ask the caretakers to set it up for you Bonfire - Please request the staff to arrange a bonfire for you at the designated place at the rear of the cottage. Each bonfire for 1 hour is priced at INR 2,000 payable in cash to the caretaker before departure Workstations - We have placed workstations in 4 bedrooms and a workstation on the ground floor of the tower next to the Putting Green at the rear of the cottage which can be accessed by guests upon request Damage, Misplacement or Loss - Guests shall be solely liable to cover expenses related to any damage, misplacement or loss caused to this cottage and/or its belongings during their stay with us. Such expenses shall be deducted from the security deposit, if any, collected from the guests prior to check-in and the guests shall be responsible to make good the entire damage or loss before check-out Digital Lockers & Safety of Your Valuables - We have placed Digital Lockers in this cottage and request you to place all your valuables in these lockers during your entire stay with us Guests’ Belongings & Valuables - Guests are fully responsible for safe-keeping of all their belongings and valuables. We do not take responsibility for any theft or misplacement of any of guests’ valuables Smoking Policy - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside this cottage, but you may smoke in the balconies / outside sit-out area. While smoking, please use ashtrays placed in these areas and take all necessary precautions to prevent any fire. The penalty for smoking indoors is INR 10,000/- Drugs - Carrying or consumption of any banned drugs and substances is strictly prohibited in this cottage. Non-adherence will lead to immediate eviction of guests from this cottage without any compensation for their balance stay whatsoever CCTV Cameras - CCTV cameras have been installed on this cottage for the safety and security of our guests Pet Policy - This is not a pet friendly cottage and no pets are allowed here both indoors and outdoors Keys/Access Code - Please do not share the keys to this cottage with any individual not registered as a guest, under any circumstances. It is mandatory to return the keys to the caretaker/ housekeeper at the time of departure. Loss (or misplacement) of the keys will incur replacement cost of the door-lock Linen Refresh Cycle - We change bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow covers, bath towels, and bathmats every fourth day, and hand towels daily as a part of our collective environmental responsibility Washing Machine - This cottage is equipped with a washing machine. A laundry basket is placed in each bedroom for you to place your soiled clothes in. Please ask the caretaker to run a wash cycle for you Iron & Iron Board - An iron and iron-board are available for your use. Please wait for the iron to cool down fully after use before placing it back at its designated place Kitchen & Cooking - The kitchen is accessible only to our caretakers and cooks. Our caretakers will clean all cookware, utensils, crockery and cutlery that you may use during your stay with us. Please note that the kitchen is not accessible to the guests for their use Daily Housekeeping - This cottage will be cleaned every day by our caretakers. If you are stepping out during the day-time, please let the caretakers know whether they can clean the bedrooms in your absence Working Hours for Caretakers - Our caretakers are available to serve you between 8:00 am and 9:30 pm every day. They will take a two-hour afternoon break every day
