If a guest wishes to cancel a booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:

The guest will get a full refund (after deduction of the entire GST paid by the guest at the time of booking and the applicable bank charges/payment processing fee for refund) if a booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the check-in date
The guest will get a 50% refund (after deduction of the entire GST paid by the guest at the time of booking and the applicable bank charges/payment processing fee for refund) if a booking is cancelled within 16 to 30 days prior to the check-in date
The guest will get no refund if a booking is cancelled less than 15 days prior to the check-in date
The guest will get no refund in case of failure to show-up on the check-in date.
All bookings made for long weekends and for public holidays are completely non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-amendable. Any cancellation or amendment of such bookings will result in forfeiture of the entire advance amount and ZenAway Stays Private Limited will not be liable to render any services against the forfeited advance
