Composition of Guests - We welcome Families, Couples, Mixed and Ladies only groups (each couple /individual with a minimum age of 21 years) but are unable to accommodate - Gentlemen only groups Security Deposit - A refundable Security Deposit of Rupees 40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand Only) will be collected from guests at the time of Check-In only in Cash. The Security Deposit shall be refunded within 24 hours of Check-Out in case no damage is observed post guest departure Identity Proof of Each Registered Guest - Government approved Photo-cum-Address ID of all the guests including children must be shared with the ZenAway team through an online form prior to check-in date. Please note that only pre - registered guests are allowed to stay in this home Non-registered Guests & Visitors - Non-registered guests or visitors are allowed to visit this home during the daytime but are not allowed to stay or sleep overnight in this home Quiet Hours - This home is located in a quiet residential area. Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down especially after 10 pm. Please note that no loud music is allowed to be played outdoors at any time of the day, evening or night. Non- adherence may lead to eviction of guests from this home without any compensation for their balance stay whatsoever Check-Out & Check-In Time - Our scheduled Check-Out time is 11 AM and Check-In time is 3 PM. Early check-in/Late check-out is subject to availability. Please communicate with our Guest Experience Team to check if an early check-in and/or late check-out is possible and extra charges for the same Damage, Misplacement or Loss - Guests shall be solely liable to cover expenses related to any damage, misplacement or loss caused to this home and/or its belongings during their stay with us. Such expenses shall be deducted from the security deposit, if any, collected from the guests prior to check-in and the guests shall be responsible to make good the entire damage or loss before check-out Guests’ Belongings & Valuables - Please note that guests are fully responsible for safe- keeping of all their belongings and valuables. We do not take responsibility for any theft or misplacement of any of guests’ valuables during their stay with us Smoking Policy - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside this home, but you may smoke in the balconies / sit-out / pool area. While smoking, please use ashtrays placed in these areas and take all necessary precautions to prevent any fire. The penalty for smoking indoors is INR 10,000/- Drugs - Carrying or consumption of any banned drugs and substances is strictly prohibited in this home. Non-adherence will lead to immediate eviction of guests from this home without any compensation for their balance stay whatsoever Complimentary Breakfast - Breakfast is served between 8 am to 11 am every day. Please look up the menu and let the caretaker know your choice of breakfast the evening prior Swimming Pool - Guests are requested to shower before entering pool and wear proper swimwear CCTV Cameras - CCTV cameras have been installed in the exteriors of this home (including poolside) for the safety and security of our guests Pet Policy - This is NOT a pet friendly home and no pets are allowed here both indoors and outdoors Linen Refresh Cycle - We refresh bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow covers, bath towels, and bath mats every fourth day, and hand towels daily. This practice balances guest comfort with our collective environmental responsibility Keys/Access Code - Please do not share the access code or keys to this home with any individual not registered as a guest, under any circumstances. It is mandatory to return the keys to the caretaker/housekeeper at the time of departure. Loss (or misplacement) of the keys will incur replacement cost of the door-lock WiFi - To login the Wi-Fi just point your mobile camera at the Wi-Fi QR code on card placed in living room for an automatic log-in. For logging into Wi-Fi on your laptop, use network name and Wi-Fi code on card Smart TV - This home is equipped with cable connection and pre-loaded streaming apps in Smart TVs Washing Machine - A washing machine has been placed with liquid detergent for your use. Laundry bag is placed in each bathroom to place your soiled clothes in ahead of using the washing machine Iron & Iron Board - An iron and iron-board is available for your use. Please wait for the iron to cool down fully after use before placing it back at its designated place Digital Locker (Safe) & Safety of Your Valuables - We have placed Digital Lockers in each room and request you to place all your valuables in these lockers Kitchen & Cooking - Our fully functional kitchen is available for you to cook anytime during your stay with us. Just get your own ingredients for cooking and make use of all the kitchen facilities, utensils and appliances we have placed at your disposal Daily Housekeeping - This home will be cleaned every day by our caretakers. If you are stepping out during the day-time, please let caretakers know whether they can clean the bedrooms in your absence Cleaning of Cookware, Utensils, Crockery & Cutlery - Our caretakers will clean all cookware, utensils, crockery and cutlery that you may use during your stay with us Working Hours for Caretakers - Our caretakers are available to serve you between 8:00 am and 9:30 pm every day. They will take a two-hour afternoon break every day
